Before undertaking the initiative of starting up and successfully running his own Web-based business in 2008, Jonathon Volat gained his expertise and business acumen from a diverse background, including service as a US Marine and as a member of the famed US Army Green Berets. Additional experience with corporate positions as an Instructor, Director of Recruiting for a Washington DC-based Intelligence support firm and Operations manager for a Fortune 100 telecom company have proven invaluable to his current success.
Today, Jonathon not only successfully owns and operates a Web-based business with his wife and full-time partner, Joscelyn… but also provides counsel, support and training for other would-be entrepreneurs hoping to change their personal and financial situations. He seeks out just the right type of people, be it man or woman; people with the same drive, commitment and determination to make their own changes in both life and business. These are the types that Jonathon loves to work with, setting them up for the trip to the top.
With experience as a leader and international-level teacher, coupled with his knowledge of unconventional, or “asymmetric” concepts… Jonathon is both consistently on top of and teaching others to reach the evermore lucrative business apex of the constantly evolving World Wide Web.
“This isn’t the military”, says Jonathon, “and I don’t run a boot camp. Believe me, I happily left that far behind years ago. But what I’ve come to realize is the value of my “small team” mentality, teaching experience, drive and desire to help others achieve in the world of business. I drive on until I’ve achieved my goals, and I condition others to reach theirs. When we reach the top, it’s together. And it’s been my experience that the view at the top is always sweeter when there’s someone to share it with.”
