That’s a no-brainer, but what takes some thought is how you will tackle lead generation in your Herbalife business (or any mlm for that matter). Ideally, you want to have systems in place to sort through prospects and generate quality leads. However, most serial mlm’ers default to cold calling and lists of friends and family. First, mlm lead generation starts with bringing traffic to your website. (yes I said your website). To generate mlm leads, you can use everything from free techniques like Twitter and Facebook, to paid techniques like Google PPC (pay per click), banner ads etc. I recommend using 2 techniques at any given time, so you can become good at them! Start putting those to work, pointing all your ad creatives to your website’s landing page.

It starts by understanding that the best mlm lead generation systems focus on “sifting.” The first step in sifting is the landing page. This is the page that will generate mlm leads by prompting prospects to learn more about the opportunity you’re offering. Most people have seen and/or are using landing pages. You can easily set one up through services like: WordPress.com Squarespace.com or systems like Lead Page Generator. But don’t stop there!!! If you do, you’ll still have to cold call the leads generated. You want to leverage you time right? then do this:
The next key to smart mlm lead generation is a solid “Thankyou” page.
The purpose of this page is to further educate your new lead on your offer. You should take them directly to the thankyou from the landing page. It’s here that you can begin to brand yourself, sell them on your concept and most importantly… AVOID cold calling! (side note) make sure to tell your new leads to check their inbox. You want to condition them look for your email content because its in the email that your savvy mlm lead generation pays for itself through your prospects buying from you!
Should I call leads in my home business?
Calling is an essential part of being able to sell a product regularly, but when you call MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENCE! If your business can support it, you want to introduce a very low cost product to your leads immediately after they join your list. This could be as simple as an application to work with your exclusive team or an industry relevant E-book. The cost on this can range from $1 to $49 +-… the key isn’t making money, but to locate paying customers…even if it’s only a $1!
I know it sounds crazy, but if someone is willing to give me a dollar, they’re 100% more likely to buy my main products than a lead who doesn’t pull out their wallet at all!
So, to generate quality mlm leads… start by getting your website up. Then start driving traffic as mentioned above. Convert that traffic to leads on your landing page thru an optin box. Tell your lead to check their inbox and present them with a low cost product like an ebook, application, or dvd etc. (what ever you have)
