  • Online promotion and advertising – There are many forms to this type of internet marketing. Adsense arbitrage by Google where a low bid word is used to land you on a page with higher valued words is one way of online promotion and advertising. Advertising programs based on pay per click are also in this category. Most transactions that happen online are actually based on this.

Internet marketing business based on the affiliate marketing model is by far the most popular. This is probably because it has a combination of online advertising and sales. Profits and conversion rates are bound to increase in affiliate marketing if your clients’ search matches exactly what he/she specifically had in mind.

The best thing to to when determining your strategy is to align it with your passion and commit to seeing the strategy through.  Too many people quit before profits are realized and that is most likely a result of improper planning or a lackluster commitment.
